The ride starts at Morrisons in Fleetville, St Albans on Hatfield Road and we will begin meeting in Morrisons cafe from 9.30am, or outside from 9:45am for a 10.00am start. Circular cycle ride stopping at the café at Stanborough Lakes for coffee and returning to St Albans. The ride features lanes, cycle tracks, the Alban Way (tarmac) and the Ayot Greenway (generally good surface but can get some mud in wet weather) and will be between 20-25 miles at about 10 mph.

Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Our group is part of Cycling UK, which does great work for cyclists, and you are welcome to participate in a few rides before deciding to join up: https://www.cyclinguk.org/join.
