The route goes by Cogsmill and Limekilnedge to Newcastleton. These are both significant climbs. We will stop at the top of each to regroup and for everyone to catch their breath. It is a route for riders who are used to cycling at least 30 miles with ease.

The roads are well surfaced and generally traffic free.

We will stop in Newcastleton at the Copshie Kitchen for refreshments

Helmets are compulsory. It is also recommended that you bring something to drink and eat with you such as an energy bar or a banana.
