This follows a circular, 45 mile route round by Kelso.

We will take the main road to Kelso and then follow quieter B roads back to Hawick.

In Kelso we will stop for refreshments.

Helmets are compulsory. It is also advisable to bring a spare tube and the tools you need to repair a puncture. A water bottle and some energy giving food is also worth carrying.

We never leave anyone behind
