About the group
Ladies from Poppleton and surrounding area, cycling through lovely, mainly flat lanes, north and west of York. This is not a Poppleton exclusive group, ladies from any area are welcome. The aim is for fresh air, fitness, socialising and cake! We will make new friends and get fitter at the same time. No one will be left behind. Groups will be small in order to build confidence.
