About the group
Hiya ! I'm Alison and I'm the group owner who set the group up a few years in Preston.I now live in North Wales and am in the process of setting up the group again on gentle family rides in our beautiful countryside. This group won't be for the fast cyclists but will be at a leisurely pace stopping for a brew or 'comfort break'. I haven't been on my bike for over 18 mths due to long term illness so, I for one will be taking it easy. Feel free to drop me a line if you have any questions. All I ask is, if you have children please make sure they are 'road safe' and not allowed to cause a nuisance to other riders. All riders must wear a helmet and do a bike check before we set off. As we will be stopping for breaks, its advisable to bring snacks and money as stopping off at coffee and cake shop is on the agenda ! Hope you decide to join the group. x
