About the group
Quest Adventure is a bike shop in Worthing, West Sussex. We organise free guided mountain bike rides on the South Downs twice a month, one mixed and one for women, as well as a free monthly women only road bike rides. The Mountain bike rides are at leisurely pace, group rides always are slower than solo efforts, they usually last 3 to 4 hours but that includes a cake stop and are approximately 15 miles. Road rides are approximately 30 miles so you'll need a moderate level of fitness. Our mission, in addition to offering a range of bikes, clothing and equipment for all types of riders, is to offer good advice, inspiration and motivation for all riders in the South East.
