A bit cheeky this stolen as such it stands for Women and Men in Lycra Shorts a derivant of middle aged men etc. Intended to encourage like minded average cyclists who want to keep fit through cycling. It is always hard to keep motivated to get out on a ride especially with the pressures of work and family commitments however it always feels easier to commit when part of a bigger group and more so if you do not feel you are letting an individual down. Aimed at the 25-50 mile rider ability at a steady pace none of that strong plus speed yet thanks and an opportunity to find some different routes to take on.
