Come and join me for a steady 10 miles at 10am on a Saturday around the lanes.
We will cycle along mainly country lanes with a couple of short sections of busier roads. This is the Chilterns so there will be a few hills to climb, but don't let that stop you from joining us as we will never leave anyone behind.
Please make sure you check your bike before the ride. Ensure tyres are pumped, brakes are working, saddle and handlebars are at the correct height. You must wear a helmet, bring a spare inner tube and pump and a bottle of water.
