Frenchwood Recreation Centre

This is a mainly circular route utilising the south east corner of the Preston Guild Wheel, which follows the River Ribble as far as Brockholes Nature Reserve.  Taking in 6 of the woods in Preston throughout this 12 mile route, this really is a great off-road route near the heart of Preston.  You'll definitely be back for more once you've had a taste!
