Evening Breeze

There is something nice about a Spring and Summer evening ride - even if the weather doesn’t always play fair!
The ride takes place on the Fallowfield Loop, which is almost completely flat and traffic free. It is unlit so until we are into summer proper you MUST have lights that are good enough for you to see where you are going as well as be seen by others. If your lights are not good enough you will not be able to ride, for the safety of others. You must also have a bike that is in good working order and carry the equipment and tools to enable you (with help if you need it) to fix a puncture; carrying a spare inner tube is advisable.
It can still be chilly in the evening, so you should make sure you are wearing clothes that will keep you warm. Layers are good as you will warm up as we ride and cool down when we stop. Sometimes we will stop for a drink but other times we may just stop on the Loop for our own drink (and sometimes I may bring a treat!).
