FLAB Social Ride Ilkley in Collaboration with the Commute Cafe

Ey Up Lads and Lasses! Fat Lad At The Back, in collaboration with The Commute Cafe, Ilkley - FLAB social ride every Monday evening.

Meet at the Commute Cafe on Leeds Road in Ilkley (LS29 8DS) from 6pm where we enjoy a pre ride coffee, banter and/or cake!

Its a social ride - leaving at 6:30pm prompt with the route being confirmed on the night. We are typically out for 2 to 2.5 hours, cycling approx 20 miles at an average speed of 10-12 mph.
Yorkshire hills guaranteed!

Please bring mud guards, decent lights (we cycle in the dark), water, basic bike repair kit and suitable clothing for Yorkshire weather! No-one gets left behind and we ride at the pace of the slowest, waiting at the top of hills etc. A true social experience. Post ride celebration drinks at Bar T'at - Ilkley. Everyone welcome.
