Safety and ride briefing before we ride out. We'll cycling through Coldfall Wood and Muswell Hill Playing fields, (51.592°N 0.143°W), a bit off road to start with - keep an eye out for Coldfall Wood, you never know what you might see! Our ride will make great use of signed cycle routes which runs through Enfield to finish at St Ignatius College, Turkey Street (EN1 4NP). We will be riding on dedicated paths and quiet roads.
NO DROP POLICY: We'll ride at the pace of the slow rider, always wait at challenging slopes, no one gets left behind.
We will ride back to East Finchley for 1hr Yoga session in a dance studio (Archers Academy, Eagans Cl, London N2 8GA), with a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher. Savvy-Cycling has added something different to this ride, whether it is called "Yoga Ride", Pedal to Ride" or "Cycle Yoga" - two very different activities that complement each other to improve our fitness and flexibility. We are not going to do any of those advance postures but for sure some of the yoga postures of this Sunday will address those muscles that were challenged during the bike ride.

This route is a great way to explore London on roads, you probably won't have used on a bike before, offering an unique opportunity of cycling alongside the A406 and A10. The route has some twists, turns and few slopes (nothing too challenging), it will help you build your confidence, also great way to reduce sedimentary lifestyles. This friendly social ride aims to target riders who want to cycle but they are very apprehensive to ride their bikes on busy roads. This ride is also ideal for those just getting back into and/or returning to cycling.
