Lakes we Like!

This charming country ride around the lanes and lakes of Earlswood will be just what we all need after the festivities to blow away the cobwebs. We will cover just over 9 miles and see the lovely lakes at Earlswood as well as enjoying cycling around some pretty country lanes. Riding at a leisurely pace to 8-9 miles per hour, there will be time to appreciate the view as well as get some fresh air and exercise. We will return to the Stables for a chat and a coffee for those that want to join us. The Stables are busy with lunches but have kindly agreed to let us have use of their Club Room with either some limited snacks or a roast lunch if you can manage it! I will contact you nearer the time to get an idea of your likely food requirements.  Elaine and I hope you can make room in your busy holiday schedules to see out the year on this sociable ride with your Solihull champions. There will still be some surface water, so please wear old trainers or overshoes and be prepared for some splashes ( all part of the fun,gallant ladies!) Please park cars and bikes in the bottom car park ( first gate by British gas sign) at the stables and bring a £1 coin for the coffee machine in the clubhouse, plus change for your cake or sandwich order if required.
