Ashton to Denton Dally

We’ll meet at the access point between Limehurst and Hartshead Estate on the National Cycling Route 626 for 6.45pm. If you’re running late please call us on 07806 874 187 / 07943 100 920. Meet at 6.30pm to set off at 6.45pm If the weather is nice and depending on the size and ability of the group we’ll try and go a bit further and explore some of the cycle paths from Ashton to Denton. If it’s really bad weather we’ll cancel so please make sure we have your contact number. Any hills please feel free to get off and push and as the nights are getting darker please bring lights if you have them. Please dress appropriately: in cool weather it's a better to wear lots of thin layers, so you can add/remove them as needed; a breathable t-shirt is good for when it’s warm/hot (not that we have that kind of weather very often) and a rain jacket is a good especially given our British spring/summer time!  You might also like to bring a drink and snack for when we stop mid way. Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  If it’s really bad weather we’ll cancel so please make sure we have your contact number.
