20-25 mls with stop for coffee & cake.This will be a steady paced paced 'Guided Ride' of about 11-12mph (so a step-up from the easy going pace), with a nice stop for a cuppa (and optional cake). It will be a reasonably hilly route, but we will allow time to rest at the top , and not leave anyone behind :-) The proposed route is from Bedford road out to Little Houghton, Cogenhoe, Grendon, up to B573 then "Cake Break" at Earls Barton Marina, then back to the start via Sywell Country Park and Ecton.
This is a 'Guided Ride' so may be great for folk who have not been on a group ride before, but have a good level of fitness to handle the hills . For insurance reasons, as this is a 'Guided Ride' ,the number of participants is limited to 8
