To be decided on day 20-25 mls with stop for coffee & cake.This will be a steady paced paced 'Guided Ride' of about 11-12mph (so a step-up from the easy going pace), with a nice stop for a cuppa (and optional cake). It will be a reasonably hilly route, but we will allow time to rest at the top , and not leave anyone behind :-)
I am proposing to go out to Flore for a cake and coffee break before returning
This is a 'Guided Ride' so may be great for folk who have not been on a group ride before, but have a good level of fitness to handle the hills . For insurance reasons, as this is a 'Guided Ride' ,the number of participants is limited to 8
