Evening Training ride

This is a 18 mile ride gradually increasing in distance as the evenings get lighter. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PHONES EMAIL AND FACEBOOK ETC BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME AS I MAY CANCEL THE RIDE IF THE WEATHER ISN'T GREAT. Don't forget suitable clothing, drinks and snacks, spare inner tube, puncture repair kit and a pump (and any medication you may require).
