Basingstoke: 23.5m - Out to Mattingley, back via Winchfield

New 23.5 mile route! This will leave Eastrop Park head through Old Basing, Rotherwick, Mattingley and turn back through Phoenix Green, Winchfield, and back through Odiham and Greywell. It's very pretty and mostly quiet lanes, no big roads. The ride type says 'challenging' by default as it is over 20 miles - NO other reason. Bring water, snack food if you might need it, appropriate clothing, and lights in case we get delayed. There are a few hills in this route mostly coming back, but no big ones or really long drags - Hampshire is not flat but this is not bad! There is no hill bigger than the one at the end of Newnham Lane.
