Swim Fit at Bracknell Leisure Centre

This is a ride out to Bracknell Leisure Centre that is will incorporate a Swim Fit session at 1130hrs...so you will need to bring your swimming gear with you. To learn more about Swim Fit sessions visit: http://www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk/swimfitactivate   Swim Fit sessions cost £5.25 for non-members and £3.30 for members (or included in the price of your platinum memberships). This is the same price as a normal swim. I have been attending these sessions for some time now and have gained enormous benefits from the guidance given during these sessions. Now I have no car I have to cycle up there....and thought I could use some company. As we will be riding through Crowthorne I am happy to stop by and meet you by the library. I have built in a half hour rest period into the ride so we can catch our breath and relax before doing some more exercise in the pool. There is a cafe at the leisure centre. The session is only open to a certain number of swimmers on a first come, first served basis so this is another good reason for getting there early. Tickets go on sale at 1115hrs.
