About the route
Slow and steady ride down to adur rec for a spot of lunch. Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of water.

Will cancel if weather is wet
Children under eighteen must wear a helmet to take part in the ride. We recommend helmets for adults, but they’re not compulsory. Don’t worry if you don’t have a helmet – why not try a couple of rides and see how you get on?
