Belviour Adventure - Yeah!

This is an intermediate ride, covering 30-35 miles.  We will pedal at 12-14mph (slower up and  faster down) along the tops and down through the Vale of Belviour before returning to Asfordby. If you are happy pedalling 20 miles then this could be the ride for you to 'step up' your achievements and feel exceedingly good!   There are a couple of hillocks, but nothing too taxing.  We will stop at the Belviour Castle Cafe for a cuppa/cake, which is approximately half way. No one will be dropped / left behind, especially since it's usually me at the back huffing and puffing to keep up!  LOL :-D Please bring a couple of bottles of water/hydration and a snack or two in case of belly rumblings.  Also remember to bring a spare inner tube etc. If you have questions just email me on [email protected].
