Horton-in-Ribbblesdale Playing Fields Car Park North Yorkshire
We’ll be riding round to Lawkland via Helwith Bridge and then down through Wharfe and Austwick – it’s a lovely, scenic traffic free route with some gentle hills and some great surroundings to look at along the way. Through the lovely village of Giggleswick following the lovely new river side path, we will then head up through Little Stainforth to rejoin the B6479 back to Horton
We’ll finish the ride for refreshments at Horton-in-Ribblesdale CE Primary School where there’ll be plenty of time for a chat and a warming drink or bite to eat. So please bring some money with you as the school are raising money for Macmillan.
This ride is suitable for all types of bike as it's all on tarmac. It is ideal for ladies lacking in confidence riding in a group. Newcomers are always very welcome Please bring suitable clothing for conditions on the day and if you need to borrow a helmet please let me know.
