Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Starting point

E17 7HG

Car park at the bottom end of Coppermill Lane.

A gentle ride along the side of the River Lea, and in quiet areas nearby, with a stop at a cafe. The route is entirely traffic free, and uses the towpath and other cycle paths. No hills. Pistachio's cafe is open (Markfield Park), so we will visit it towrds the end of the ride. All welcome. We will go at the speed of the slowest rider, with nobody left behind. Please arrive early, giving time for a quick bike check before setting off on time. Where to park: the car park where we meet is a small free public car park. The Breeze champion carries some tools and will help if anyone has a puncture or mechanical issues. However we do not carry spare inner tubes, so a spare suitable for your bike is useful to bring along. Don’t forget…. Breeze are on a mission to spread the word about their rides, and  need your help. If you introduce one friend who goes  on to take part in a Breeze ride, you’ll receive a Breeze water bottle,  introduce a second  friend, you’ll be the proud owner of one of their swish Breeze  Buffs, and introduce a  third friend and Breeze will send you £15 of Love2Shop vouchers.  Read the article on the homepage for more information.   For more information visit website below http://www.goskyride.com/Breeze/ShowArticle/Breeze-for-rewards?retURL=/Breeze
