The Boat House Preston Sands PAIGNTON

Meet at the Boathouse Preston Sands.  There is easy parking alongside Preston Green or in Colin Road car park opposite (Pay and Display). Three Beaches is mostly level, mostly on cycle paths total maximum distance 9 miles.  We can opt for a shorter route depending on ability and weather. Set off along Marine Parade, and return along the shoreline towards Paignton Pier.  Fingers crosssed that the tide is in to enjoy the Harbour activity.  Still following the coast we head through Roundham gardens (new cycle arrangements just finished!!) onto Youngs Park and Goodrington. Then skirt around Waterside Park climbing at an easy pace and head to windy corner.  Weather and legs permitting onto the church at Churston - the furthest point.  Returning past the golf course then along the dedicated cycle path that is a gentle bimble back to the Zoo.  After a short stretch on the Totnes and Oldway Roads we will be back for coffee. Three Beaches is a Breeze come and join us.....  If you are lacking a bike I have one that can be loaned for the ride.  See you soon. Don’t forget…. Breeze  are on a mission to spread the word about their rides, and need your help. If you introduce one friend who goes on to take part in a Breeze ride, you’ll receive a Breeze water bottle, introduce a second friend, you’ll be the proud owner of one of their swish Breeze Buffs, and introduce a third friend and Breeze will send you £15 of Love2Shop vouchers.
