Womens any level cycling Coaching Session

BEGINNERS CYCLE COACHING FOR WOMEN - ON A TRAFFIC FREE CIRCUIT THURSDAYS FROM 3RD APRIL 6.30 – 8PM UNTIL 7th AUGUST RICHARD DUNN SPORTS CENTRE We are a small group of female coaches from East Bradford Cycling Club and are looking to encourage more women to take up two wheels!  Over the next few months we will be running women only coaching sessions.  This is a great chance for you to brush up on your skills.  It is a closed track circuit and we’ll cover bike handling, cornering, gears and for those looking to have a go at racing we’ll cover group riding and speed.  All sessions will be coached by female Level 1 and Level 2 British Cycling Coaches. It’s a good idea to bring some water, a snack to keep you going and wearing a helmet is advisable. It can be chilly so wear some layers.   We really welcome newcomers to our sessions; and the coaches will always help you and ride with you. Sessions are £4 which covers the cost of hiring the venue. Directions to the venue: Access via the rear entrance off the Bradford Ring Road - A6177 Rooley Lane, First Left into Rooley Lane again after the garage then third left up Sunny Bank Avenue and into Sunny Bank Road.
