Starting from - We start from the lower car pack at Baysgarth Leisure Centre in Barton Upon Humber . there is plenty of parking and toilets and cafe facilities are available. please arrive by 09:45 ready to complete an M Check and the pre ride briefing. Please make sure that you carry with a spare inner tube and puncture repair kit and a pump that works on your bike. Helmets are strongly advised.
At this time of the year it is advised that you have working front and rear lights on your bike and also consider high visibility clothing and always have a waterproof with you .
Please advise the ride leader of any medical issues that you feel are relevant.

We go under the Humber Bridge , up Gravel Pit Road , up Piggery Hill , up Bonby Hill and up Worlaby hill . The cafe stop is at the Secret Garden at Elsham Hall . They have a meal deal on for £5 .
This is hill training type of ride , riders ride up the hills in their own time and we meet up at the top . No one gets left behind .
