About the route
Starting point
Knock on my door at 55 Muscott Lane, Duston village. Park anywhere along the road or around the corner.
This will be a tough one guys (you have to go for it now and again), so only sign up if you are confident in riding at an average speed of 14mph over 40 miles. Plenty of hills (bound to be given the distance) and just a couple of short 'refuelling' stops along the way ( including maybe a quick coffee at Leisure Lakes Cycle shop in Daventry) . Meet at my house (55 Muscott lane ) - there's plenty of street parking.
I will try to upload a map soon, but the basic route will be : Duston - Great Brington - Long Buckby - Watford - Braunston - Daventry - Newnham - Everdon - Weedon - Bugbrooke - Kislingbury - Duston
