Breeze from Whitworth

This is a monthly Breeze ride to promote cycling fitness and confidence in women who have some experience of riding on roads. The routes will be varied but centre around Darley Dale. AUGUST ROUTE HERE IT IS http://www.strava.com/routes/692393 CAFE STOP approx 16 miles The Family Tree A6 Ambergate Cycling helmets are advised:- Ensure your bicycle is in good working order:- Please bring with you water bottle, spare inner tube, waterproof and SUN CREAM:- Emergency snack:- New comers are always welcome and at the top of hills, bottom of descents, junctions, we will re group so no one is left behind.
