From the Pavillion in East Park, heading to Sproatley and Burton Constable. From there to Marton and New Ellerby before heading back via Meaux Road.

A steady ride through the East Riding.

We will be mainly riding on quiet B roads and quiet country lanes. Where there is some A road riding, there are cycle lanes.

We shall be stopping for coffee at Burton Constable tea-rooms.

Helmets, as usual, are very advisable. Bring some cash for coffee/tea/cake/bacon sammidges.
