Heading out from the Rainford Bypass , for a change we head out to the coach road , eventually landing in Hightown , where we will stop for a bite to eat before weaving our way back towards Aughton and back to Rainford , a nice 30 miler with a little climb towards the end . Hoping for some of this nice sunny weather !!!
This ride is all road so , cx, hybrid , or road bikes are the way forward . Please get to the start 15 minutes early and make sure you have checked your bike over the day before . Also carrying 2 spare tubes and a means of inflating them in case of a puncture .
Please note all our rides are run to British Cycling guided ride standards , ie 1 ride leader to 8 riders , also a first aid trained ride leader on each ride , and on our bigger rides we have radios for our ride leaders so we keep the group safe ! ( more so the guided rides ! ) . But please note you do ride at your own risk , hope to see you Saturday !
