We will leave the Royal Arms and head off down to Belmont, then heading down to Rivington Road/Sheephouse Lane. Before reaching Rivington, we will turn off to Anglezarke, across the reservoirs and then onto Limbrick. We will then head to Wheelton, where we will take our cafe stop. We will return to the start point taking in Brindle, Hoghton, Withnell and Abbey village.

A circular route of 29 miles with elevation of 2,200 feet. Maximum gradients are 7% and -9.2%

Mostly B roads and country lanes with some A roads. This is a challenging hilly road ride.

Helmets must be worn for all HRS rides. Please be equipped to perform any roadside repairs you may require.
