Welcome back to Breeze rides! This is a lovely ride north of High Barnet to Shenley for some well-earned tea and cake. You will feel as though you have left London behind as we wind our way through quiet country lanes to the Orchard cafe in Shenley Park. There are some hills en route but we will take it steady with no one left behind. There is a bridleway, weather permitting, which is suitable for all bikes except road bikes with skinny tyres. If you have not used your bike for a while, please check in advance that it is mechanically sound, that brakes work and the tyres are pumped. Bring spare tubes and tools, and ensure you have alternative means of getting home if you are unable to fix a puncture. Do bring along water and snacks if you think you'll be hungry, a lock, and layers as we will be sitting outside at the cafe. Covid Guidance: If you are showing any Covid 19 symptoms please do not attend the ride. If you develop any symptoms after the ride, do let me know so I can advise everyone who attended the ride to self isolate. We will do a bike check but will not be sharing equipment so ensure you have the tools and spares you need.

The route is mostly quiet country lanes with some off road.

First-timers welcome!
