Starting from outside the harvester pub at the bottom of baldwins Lane heading towards Chandler's Cross then on to belsize hogpits bottom then heading on to hemel Hempstead then heading onto Gaddesden Row then heading on to the Alfred arms at Frihsden then heading back towards hemel Hempstead passing the fishery wharf cafe then on to felden Lane then heading towards sarratt then passing through Loudwater then back to the bottom of baldwins Lane to The finish
