Starting from the Gandhi courts car park heading towards the Meriden then onto School Lane Bricket Wood Frogmore Chiswell Green st. Albans verulam park for refreshments then passing through Potters crotch onto Bedmond by the tin church then Abbots Langley Woodside Garston then back to the finish there will be 675 feet of climbing
