Starting and finishing on Drakes Trail, we will ride out of Tavistock on the Old Launceston Road past Lamerton and then through Chillaton. Country lanes to Lewtrenchard where will will join the old A30 to Alder Vineyard for our mid ride refuelling. (17 miles).
Return trip carries along the old A30 to Bridestowe, where we will climb out of the valley before joining the Granite Way to Lydford, on to Brentor, where we can then whizz back into Tavistock, before rejoining Drakes trail back to Yelverton. (38 miles)

Drakes Trail, a bit of A road, then mostly country roads, with a speedy bit back into Tavistock on the way back.
