Allerdale Coastal Explorers Remembrance Ride

We will meet outside the Cod Father fish & chip shop today to join the traffic free cycle way out from Allonby.
Parking in Allonby can be a little fraught at this time of year but the very last car park by the old "Sunshine Home" always has spaces.
Message the ride leader for directions if needed, also please watch out for the extremely uneven car park surfaces & pot holes while parking anywhere in Allonby.
We will be using a small road section before mainly quiet country back roads into Silloth.
Basically this is our Watchtree challenge route from last year but perhaps with a few different roads for a change up.
We will have plenty of snack stops and photo opportunities along the way so, don't forget your cold drinks with a packed lunch for our turn around at Silloth or we could stop off at the Corner chippy within Silloth itself for take out :)
As usual please do not attend if you have covid symptoms or someone in your household who does. Self sufficiency kit must be carried especially on this ride due to it's length.
