Amersham & Great Missenden Breeze - Let's keep fit through winter

We will be going round the roads in Amersham which are lit. This is a fast paced ride and you will need a reasonable level of fitness as we will be doing lots of hills. Please remember to bring lights, wear reflective clothing and a drink of water. We won't be very far from the start at any point so if we have any mechanical problems, it will be easy to get back. Please only book on this road if you are sure you can come. These are small group rides and it is hard to fill up a place at late notice; if you are unsure if you will be able to come along, please wait until a day or so before the ride until you book.

Due to Covid 19 guidance we will cycle in single file and maintain appropriate social distancing and we will have extra safety precautions in place; I will contact you about these before the ride so please make sure that your contact details when you registered with Breeze are correct.

I expect participants to take responsibility for ensuring they are well and not coming on the ride if they display signs of COVID-19. British Cycling are keen for group cycling to continue in the most socially distanced way possible. You can wear a mask if you feel it is appropriate. Ultimately, only you can decide if you feel safe from the risks of COVID-19 to ride at this time.

I would prefer it if you would wear a cycling helmet. Please bring two spare inner tubes, a bike pump and a drink of water.
