#Breeze 11th Birthday - National Bike Week meet up at Chipperfield Common

Starting from Amersham, we will cycle on mainly quiet country roads to Chipperfield Common for a big bicycle picnic where there could be up to 100+ cyclists meeting up. Please note that this route is quite hilly and you will need a reasonable level of fitness for this ride.

This is part of the Spokes gathering in bike week - it's National Bike Week from Monday 6 June to Sunday 12 June so we are going to celebrate in style and a number of local groups have been invited - come and be part of the action! There will be a number of local groups meeting on Chipperfield Common between 12.30pm and 2.30pm with a photo call at 1.30pm. Bring a picnic or buy refreshments from one of the catering venues on the common.

Before you come out (preferably the day before) check that your bike is in good working order.

Checklist of things to bring:
Helmet

Front and rear lights
2 tubes
Rainwear/gilet - weather dependent (worn or in your pocket/bike bag)
Water bottle
Bike lock
