About the route
Starting point
Askrigg Village Cross, near the Church in the Centre of the village. Parking available on the cobbles.
A steep road climb, before heading off on shooting tracks along Whitfield Rocks and climbing a grass bridleway over Askrigg Common. At the end of the climb crossing boundaries to Oxnop Common and the Beacon. This is a return ride, so follow the same route back down!. Approximately 8 miles in total...
