Starting from - We can meet at Upton Court Park outside the changing rooms or along the train route, it is expected that we leave Upton Court on time to catch the 09:54 train and we will leave the Paddington concourse at 10:30. SL3 7LU

We will meet at Upton Court as usual then catch the 09:54 train from Slough to Paddington, we will meet at the main concourse exit at 10 30. We will then ride through Hyde Park past Buckingham Palace over Westminster Bridge where we will join quietway 1 that takes us to Greenwich where there is a climb to superb views next to the observatory, after this we will travel back down the hill and over the Thames using the Emirates cable car, from there we will ride up to Victoria park via roads and canal to the street food market for lunch before making our way back through the city and along Fleet Street making our way back to Paddington and a return train.
