Beautiful Beginners in Pinner!

Cycling is a fun, free and friendly way to get some exercise. Local qualified volunteers have an easy beginner ride for women, based in Pinner Village Gardens - the park between Rayners Lane, Whittington Way and Cannon Lane - by kind permission of Harrow Council and with the support of the Friends of Pinner Village Gardens.

It’s an hour-long session, followed by optional refreshments at the Pinner Arms. Just make sure your trousers aren’t baggy and won’t get caught in the chain; and dress for the weather.
You do need: a working bike. Beg, borrow or buy a bike, pump up the tyres, check the brakes and make sure the wheels turn.
You don't need: fancy lycra clothes, a helmet, an expensive bike, or to be super-fit. Breeze riders come in all shapes, sizes and ages but we are all FRIENDLY! Come and give it a go.

Mostly round the park, on easy quiet paths. If everyone is happy, we’ll take a short spin on some local quiet streets.

Any bike is suitable as long as it is working! Before you come please checki it out or take it to the bike shop.

We’ll have a hot drink and a chat at the end in the Pinner Arms.

No special gear, just a bike lock if you have one, water and some money for refreshments afterwards.
