(0) ReviewsThis route takes you on a gentle tour of South Swindon using the recently Improved Old Town Railway Path and a section of the Southern Flyer
Much of the route is off road and therefroe traffic free; the surfaces are a mixture of tarmaced cycle path and good gravel trails. It is suitable for all bikes, but if you bring your road bike is should be shod with good tyres
The mandatory coffee stop will be in the cafe at Waitrose
Whilst not mandatory for adults, helmets are recommended. Children under 16 must wear a helmet. Please bring a spare inner tube, tyre levers and a pump which suits your tyre. Please also bring a face covering; you are not required to wear it on the ride, but some places ask you to wear one indoors and in the event that first aid is required . Please note many cafes only accept card payments at the moment.. Please dress appropriately for the weather
This is an ideal route for anyone who wants to experience gentle off road riding in a social group. Like all our Swindon rides this comes with a no-one gets left behind guarantee
