Beginner bike rides for any woman who wants to dig her bike out of the shed and get back into cycling.

Meet at the band stand in Pitshanger Park at 9.45am.

Our rides are fun, free and easy and we always go at the pace of the slowest. Qualified women volunteers will lead the ride. We will have a gentle ride around the park and go out onto quiet local roads when we're ready, followed by an optional coffee stop (bring money!).
We will maintain social distancing and hygiene at all times. Dress for the weather, and don’t wear anything long or baggy that might get caught in the chain. Bring hand sanitiser, wipes, and a face mask in case we are unable to maintain distancing for any reason.

You do need: a working bike. Beg, borrow or buy a bike, pump up the tyres, check the brakes and make sure the wheels turn.

You don't need: fancy lycra clothes, a helmet, an expensive bike, or to be super-fit. Breeze riders come in all shapes, sizes and ages but we are all FRIENDLY! Come and give it a go.
