Beginners' Ride in Walpole Park

Beginners’ ride for women, starting at 10am from the café in Walpole Park.

We’ll have a short ride of an hour or just over, around the park and onto quiet local roads when we’re ready, followed by an optional socially distanced coffee stop (bring money!). We will maintain social distancing and hygiene precautions.

Dress for the weather, and don’t wear anything long or baggy that might get caught in the chain.

You do need: a working bike. Beg, borrow or buy a bike, pump up the tyres, check the brakes and make sure the wheels turn.
You don't need: fancy lycra clothes, a helmet, an expensive bike, or to be super-fit. Breeze riders come in all shapes, sizes and ages but we are all FRIENDLY! Come and give it a go.

Bring hand sanitiser, wipes, and a face mask in case we are unable to maintain social distancing for any reason.
