We start out in Frampton on Severn and make our way along country lanes, canal tow paths and cycle paths to the lovely town of Nailsworth where we stop for refreshments. Helmets are compulsory. Please bring money for refreshments, spare inner tube/puncture repair kit and a lock. To comply with COVID 19 guidelines, please do not attend this ride if you or your family in the last 14 days have had any of the coronavirus symptoms. Please have a mask with you as well as hand sanitizer in case these might be required.
