WITH THE WEATHER SET TO HIT THE LOW/MiD THIRTIES, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU BRING PLENTY OF FLUIDS, TO HELP PREVENT YOU FROM GETTING DEHYDRATED.
A mixture of on and off road route mostly flat.
Will be stopping for comfort break and refreshments enroute.
Cycle helmets are required for this ride. Spare tubes,cycle pumps and puncture repair outfits are advisable. Money/cards will required for refreshments
