Route to be decided on the morning of the ride, this will be dependant on the abilities of the riders present on the morning of the ride.

*These rides are specifically aimed at those new to cycling or those getting back in the saddle after a long time away.
They are typically riden at a pace less than 8 mph, whereas our group rides are usualy an average of 10mph.
The route is mostly off road, avoiding roads where possible.
We tend to use the Jubilee River and surrounding quiet ways, as they are quiter and generally flatter routes, we will always stop for refreshments on route*

A mixture of on and off road route mostly flat.

Will be stopping for comfort break and refreshments enroute.

Cycle helmets are required for this ride. Spare tubes,cycle pumps and puncture repair outfits are advisable. Money/cards will required for refreshments
