About the Route
This is a new destination for our healthy + social steady ride on mostly quiet roads and paths.
We leave the park from the main entrance and head off via Blackfen, New Eltham and then into the Bromley borough passing Chislehurst, Elmstead Woods and Bromley South working our way to Langley Park and onto The Royal Bethlem.
We then will have a short talk and tour from The Curator of the museum and then there will be an opportunity to purchase refreshments.
Our return route goes via Norman Park, Chislehurst and Sidcup finishing at Danson Park.
This is a steady, interesting and varied ride with a few gentle ups and we will wait for everyone nobody gets left behind.
Hope you will join us, Jim leading.
Please ensure your bike is in roadworthy condition and that the tyres are fully inflated and ideally you have at least one spare inner-tube and that your seat is at the correct height and that you are dressed for the weather for this time of year.
This ride is part of a series of Healthy rides by Bexley Cyclists an LCC local group.
