Bexley Healthy Ride "Tour de Eltham"

Easy paced ride 2hr Healthy social ride - meet at Danson Park stables carpark for this week’s ride “Tour de Eltham” on mostly quite roads and paths – We leave the park and head off towards Hook lane and onto Falconwood using the LCN route to Eltham Park South. Then linking up Eltham High road and Passey place, passing the rear of Eltham Palace using the back roads to reach Yorkshire Grey and Eltham Green, passing Birdbrook nature reserve across Rochester way, looping Eltham and passing Eltham Common and Westmount road making our way back through the quiet streets to Danson Park. There are no major hills, just a few slopes aiming to reach back for midday.

Please ensure your bike is in roadworthy condition and that the tyres are fully inflated and ideally you have at least one spare innertube and that your seat is at the correct height and that you are dressed for the weather for this time of year.
