Please arrive to be ready for the M check at 09:15 , the ride will start promptly at 09;30 am
Folly Lakes Cafe is CASH ONLY
Helmets are strongly advised , Please makes sure that you have with you a spare inner tube , puncture repair kit , a pump that works on your bike , a drink , waterproof if rain is forecast and money for the cafe stop. Over the Humber Bridge an undulating route to the Folly Lakes Cafe . It is a CASH ONLY cafe
Once over the bridge and out of the back of Swanland we hit the quiet country roads we tackle a steady undulating climb up to Welton Wold once here the majority of climbing on the ride is conquered, After the cafe stop an undulating road takes us down to Raywell , Swanland and then back over the Humber Bridge back to the Baysgarth car park . As always no one gets left behind

We will be stopping at the Folly Lakes Cafe , that is a pleasant setting and as always fabulous cake !
